Ingredients:

  • 125g unsalted butter, melted
  • 125g I Canโ€™t Believe Itโ€™s Not Butter
  • 100g white granulated sugar
  • 125g light brown sugar (Great Value)
  • 3 medium-sized eggs
  • 5ml vanilla essence (Queen)
  • 300g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 125g Nestle cream cheese flavored chocolate chips
  • 200g pistachio spread (Flora)
  • 21g roasted & salted pistachios

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 165โ„ƒ. Grease and line a 22 cm square baking tin. This ensures your blondies donโ€™t stick to the pan and come out perfectly.
  2. Melt the Butter: In a medium pan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. This gives the blondies a rich, buttery flavor.
  3. Mix Sugars: Add the white granulated sugar and light brown sugar to the melted butter and beat together until the mixture is smooth. The combination of sugars adds depth and sweetness.
  4. Add Eggs and Vanilla: Incorporate the eggs and vanilla essence into the mixture and beat again until smooth. This step ensures the blondies have a moist and fluffy texture.
