I’ve been on a bit of a โBrownieโ craze since wrapping up my Bikini Contest, and this week I was experimenting with Nutella to make these delicious Marble Nutella Brownies. They are jam-packed with semi-sweet chocolate chips and creamy Nutella, featuring a super soft fudgy center with a crispy top. I guarantee youโll be going back for seconds!

Ingredients
- 125g unsalted butter, melted
- 125g I canโt believe itโs not butter
- 100g white granulated sugar (you could substitute this with 60g powdered sucralose Great Value)
- 125g light brown sugar (Great Value)
- 3 medium-sized eggs
- 5ml vanilla essence (Queen)
- 280g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 125g semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 200g Nutella
- 20g cocoa powder
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 165โ. Grease and line a 22 cm square baking tin.
- Melt the Butter: Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Combine Sugars and Butter: Add the sugars into the melted butter and beat together until smooth.
- Add Eggs and Vanilla: Add the eggs and vanilla essence, and beat again until smooth.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Sieve in the flour, cocoa powder, and cornstarch, then beat until you have a fudgy brownie sort of texture.
- Fold in Chocolate Chips: Fold through the chocolate chips, saving a heaped tablespoon for the topping, then pour the mix into the lined and greased tray.
- Add Nutella Swirl: Dollop the Nutella spread evenly over the top, then use a fork to lightly swirl it through.
- Sprinkle Chocolate Chips: Sprinkle over the leftover chocolate chips.
- Bake: Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Check it at 25 minutes; it should have a slight wobble in the middle.
- Cool and Cut: Cool completely before cutting into 12 portions and enjoy!
Nutrition Tips
You can drastically reduce the calories of this recipe by substituting the butter with “I canโt believe itโs not butter.” Replace the brown sugar with Swerve Brown Sugar and the white sugar with powdered sucralose. Additionally, you can use egg beaters instead of regular whole eggs.
