Ingredients:

  • 300ml unsweetened almond milk (@Silk)
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate Cookies and Cream (@legion)
  • SF Chocolate Fudge Pudding (@Jello)
  • 5g Sucralose Powder (Great Value)
  • 10g Cocoa Powder
  • 1 wedge The Laughing Cow, Creamy Light
  • 50ml @Fairlife Chocolate Protein Shake
  • 3g Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Method:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, and pudding mix. Using a handheld whisk, blend the mixture until smooth. If you don’t have a whisk, a regular fork works just fine.
  2. Freeze: Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 7 hours or overnight.
  3. Blend: Remove the frozen mixture from the freezer. Using your Ninja Creami, choose your favorite setting and blend according to the machine’s instructions.
  4. Add Creaminess: Add the cream cheese wedge and Fairlife milk to the blended mixture. Blend once more until smooth.
  5. Top and Enjoy: Top with semi-sweet chocolate chips or crushed Oreos. Serve and enjoy your creamy, low-calorie chocolate ice cream.
