Ingredients
150g I Cant Believe Its Not Butter
100ml Egg Beaters
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
200g All Purpose Flour
40g @Legion French Vanilla/Caramel/Peanut Butter Whey Protein Isolate
1/4 tsp Salt
100g Lily’s Dark Chocolate Style No Added Sugar Baking Chips

Instructions
Step 1
Start by preheating your oven to 350ยฐ F
Step 2
Line a 9ร13 Pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
Step 3
Place butter and brown sugar in a medium sized saucepan and heat. Stir constantly until smooth. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Gradually add the egg beater 50ml at a time and stir until incorporated
Step 5
Add Vanilla, then Flour, Salt, Baking Soda and Baking powder until combined.
Step 6
Add half of the Chocolate Chips and half of the M&Mโs and stir.
Step 7
Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Top with remaining M&Mโs and chocolate chips. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350ยฐF. Allow to cool until slightly warm, then cut into bars.
